In The Field: Go Vertical #206

On a shoot last month overlooking Scripps Pier, I struggled with a composition. The foreground was interesting, but so was the sky. I wrestled with my camera and tripod for several minutes until I had that “ah-ha” moment. Go vertical. Why didn’t I think of that in the first place!?!
