Personal information from you when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, or enter information on my site. Newsletter subscriptions require double opt-in confirmation.

As appropriate, you may be asked for your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other details to process your request or otherwise help with your experience on my site.

How Is My Information Used?

I may use the information collected in the following ways:

  • To quickly process transactions and deliver purchases

Your information is kept on secure systems and networks. Payment information is encrypted by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Secure systems are accessible by a small number of persons with special access rights to these systems. Transactions are processed through secure gateway provides and are not stored on my systems.

I do not sell, trade, share, or otherwise share your information to outside parties.

Do You Use Cookies?

Yes. The term “cookies” refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing. Cookies are used to enhance your experience on my site. For example, cookies are used to help remember items in your shopping cart. Cokes also help me gather aggregate data about traffic and page interactions to continue to improve the content and your experience.

My site may send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of my service.  You have the ability to accept or decline cookies using your web browser settings. If you choose to disable cookies, some features of my site may be less efficient. However, disabling cookies will not prevent you from browsing and enjoying the content on my site.

Do You Honor Do Not Track Signals?

I use Squarespace for this site. Squarespace sites use information that does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer websites, to track users' movements around websites, and to gather demographic information about the visitors as a whole. Squarespace sites do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. Squarespace does not currently support recognition of Do Not Track protocol. Do yOu Use third-party links?

Yes. I may offer third-party products or services on my site. Third parties have separate and independent privacy policies. I accept no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of linked sites. That being said, I want to protect the integrity of my site and welcome any feedback about third parties to whom I link.

How Do I get Notified Of Changes?

How Can I Change or Remove My Information?

If you wish to end a subscription to my newsletter, use the 'Unsubscribe' link included in every one of my mailings. For anything else, you can send your request via my contact page.

What About The California Online Privacy Protection Act?

The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
